Do the works of art have a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, every artwork you buy from Artistery's has a certificate of authenticity.

 

How can I apply to Artistery's as an artist?

Services

 

I have not received an activation link. How can I register now?

We regret that an error has occurred. If an error occurred during your order, please contact us by e-mail at office@artisterys.com or by phone at  +43 1 99 740 16. We will take care of it as soon as possible.

 

I live abroad and would like to have the VAT refunded. How can I do that?

Upon collection, the invoice will be reissued after presentation of the export confirmation and the value added tax will be refunded. In the case of shipment, the invoice will be issued without VAT if an export transaction is involved.

 

A work of art that I liked has unfortunately already been sold. Can I order a similar work?

If you are interested in a work that has already been sold, please contact us by e-mail at office@artisterys.com or by phone at  +43 1 99 740 16.

 

I would like to have my purchased artwork framed. Can Artistery's do the framing?

If you wish to have your purchased artwork framed, we will be happy to find the ideal frame for your work. Please contact us by e-mail at office@artisterys.com or by phone at  +43 1 99 740 16.

 

Who pays for the frame?

If you wish, we will gladly take over the framing of your purchased work of art. Together with you we will determine a price range for the framing. The price for the framing will then be invoiced to you. After receipt of payment, the framing will be ordered immediately and then sent to you.

 

Can I resell artworks at Artistery's?

With the Resale option we offer our customers the possibility to offer their artworks bought at Artistery's for sale again.This enables our customers to benefit from our worldwide network and our advantage as an online gallery.

This offers many opportunities for the art lover and the artist:

The seller benefits from a worldwide market of registered art lovers on our online gallery. The origin of the work of art is secured, thus reducing the risk for the new buyer to fall victim to a forgery.

The artist's increase in value is documented and the artist also benefits from reselling his work via Artistery's platform.

 

 

 

Order & Payment

 

How can I place an order with Artistery's?

Once you have found your desired artwork, click the green button Proceed to checkout. You will then be redirected to the Order & Payment page where you can verify your billing and shipping address and correct it if necessary. At this point you can also choose to pick up the item yourself. After you have clicked on Buy now and proceed to pay, you can select your payment method and complete your payment. You will then receive a confirmation of your order and your invoice after payment.

 

How can I pay for the artwork?

The desired payment method can be selected during the payment process. We offer the following payment options: Visa, Master Card, Maestro, PayPal and DIRECTebanking.

 

Can I pay in instalments?

At the moment it is unfortunately not possible for us to offer payment by instalments. 

 

An error occurred during my order. What can I do now?

We regret that an error has occurred. If an error occurred during your order, please contact us by e-mail at office@artisterys.com or by phone at  +43 1 99 740 16. We will take care of it as soon as possible.

 

 

 

Shipping

 

I would like to pick up the work of art myself. Is that possible?

During the ordering process, you can select self-collection. Once the payment has been made, we will contact you and make an appointment with you to collect it.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery within the European Union is free of charge. Deliveries from the European Union to Switzerland are also free of charge. You can view the delivery costs for deliveries outside the European Union here. Enter the destination country and the delivery costs will be calculated and displayed automatically.

Customs duties and other costs associated with shipping such as export and import sales taxes or duties are not included in the prices.

 

When will my artwork be shipped?

As soon as the purchased artwork has been paid for, we will ship it immediately according to your instructions. If you would like the artwork sent to you at a later date, please contact us ( +43 1 99 740 16) to jointly determine a later delivery date. Delivery will be made to the delivery address you specify.

 

How long are the delivery times?

We will arrange delivery immediately after receipt of payment. Depending on the distance to the place of delivery, we expect a delivery time of up to 7 working days. If you wish a framing, the delivery time can take some days longer.

 

Are the artworks insured during shipping?

Yes, all sent works of art are insured.

 

 

 

Returns

 

I have received the purchased artwork, but I don't like it. Can I send it back

We regret that you do not like the work of art as desired. You have a right of return within the first 14 days after receipt of the work. Please contact us by e-mail at office@artisterys.com to discuss how to proceed with the return.

 

My delivery has arrived damaged. What should I do now?

If your delivery has arrived damaged, please make a note of this on the transport documents of the transport company when handing over the work of art. Then take photos of the damaged packaging or the damaged artwork. Please contact us by e-mail at office@artisterys.com and send us the photos of the damaged work. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will have the work of art restored or organise the return transport of the work of art. In the latter case we will refund the purchase price.

 

My question has not yet been answered. What should I do?
